The Regional Marketing Coordinator is an integral member of the team structure, operating at the regional level, performing a range of regional management tasks which include providing detail-oriented coordination for the wide range of marketing activities, aligned with the company’s brand as well as providing overall support for the implementation of the project in all regions. As a regional coordinator, you will oversee inter-team tasks, identify, and define project requirements, scope, and objectives between teams and between regions.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, organize, update and format Marketing collateral (resumes, project sheets, project lists, etc.), while maintaining consistency, quality, and corporate branding.
- Assist in the maintenance and development of information for posting on our website.
- Be responsible for timely production and quality of marketing communications
- Maintain project directories and schedules.
- Interface with regional stakeholders to assure project logistics, readiness, quality, and delivery.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors to develop and provide updates on current and forecasted projects.
- Manage incoming project-related documentation (drawings, submittals, bulletins, addendums, ASI’s, RFI’s, and other documents). Ensure project files are complete and accessible to the project team.
- Plan and manage team goals throughout the region, project schedule, and new information.
- Direct project correspondence by preparing memos, meeting minutes, and emails.
- Schedule Meetings across multiple platforms such as Teams and Zoom.
- Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English or Journalism preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the A/E industry
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Strong computer skills, creative/graphic design and layout skills, and use of other media in marketing proposals, presentations, and related collateral material
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills;
- Must be able to multi-task
- Ability to work well as part of a team and to meet demanding deadlines
- Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
