Who is One Solution Asia?
We are One Solution Asia, a leading construction consultancy specialising in construction cost and project management. Operating with over 300 professionals across Southeast and East Asia, our cooperating teams are from over 9 countries around the region including: Brunei, China, China Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Philippines, South Korea, Thailand and Vietnam.
As former partners and directors of the distinguished Davis Langdon & Seah in Asia, we have over 80 years of experience, earning us the excellent reputation of delivering your goals and visions effectively and efficiently.

Chairman's Message
Welcome to One Solution Asia and to our new regional consultancy, which we have launched in November 2021. With seven founder member countries, we have exceptional geographical coverage throughout Southeast and East Asia, offering specialist service lines to provide specific expertise to our clients.
Although we are new, the founding members represented on our board of partners have previously worked together for many years, delivering quality services with great outcomes for our clients.
To be appointed as the Chairman of such a talented group of individuals is a great honour. I have full confidence that in each of our territories and within each of our service lines, we can produce exceptional results for our clients.
We live in challenging times, and it is through combining the strengths of each of our country's businesses that we enhance our ability to answer the new challenges that face us across Asia.
Our vision is to continue to grow in Asia and, at the appropriate time, to add other countries in the region to our coverage.

Secretary General's Message
I am proud to introduce One Solution Asia, an integrated regional construction consultancy group focusing on East and Southeast Asia. We consist of firms owned by ex-partners and former directors of the legacy Davis Langdon & Seah. One Solution Asia currently comprises eight partner companies from seven different countries in the region.
One Solution Asia strives to enhance the collaboration among partner companies to provide better solutions for our clients. Specifically, we expect that this alliance will help us to:
- Enhance our technical capabilities
- Offer more service lines
- Develop the next generation of construction consulting talent
- Co-invest into and adopt the latest IT tools
- Enable us to support our clients in projects anywhere across Asia
One Solution Asia aims to deliver top-tier professional services with integrity, efficiency and accuracy to our clients. We aim to be the go-to construction consultant in Asia within the next five years and we invite you along this journey with us.

Sr. MOHAMMAD SHAFIE HJ MOHD YUSOF
Brunei
Sr. Mohammad Shafie has extensive experience in the field of quantity surveying, cost engineering and project management, both locally and internationally. He formerly managed Davis Langdon & Seah Brunei, Arcadis Brunei, and Petrokon Utama Sdn Bhd, a multi-discipline design engineering oil and gas consultancy practice. He was also a Board member of the Brunei Economic Development Board (BEDB).
DICKEY KWOK WING LEE
China
Since joining Davis Langdon & Seah in 1996, Dickey Lee has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the quantity surveying industry. A former Executive Director of Arcadis China, his project experiences include commercial, residential, hotels, and office projects in Hong Kong, Macao Greater Bay Area, Wuhan, and other local areas.
PETER ROBINSON
Indonesia
Peter started his career as a quantity surveyor in 1968 and has worked overseas in Indonesia, the Arabian Gulf and Hong Kong since 1977. He joined the Indonesia office of Davis Langdon & Seah in 1988 and was appointed a partner and director in 1994. Throughout the company’s transitions from Davis Langdon & Seah to Arcadia Indonesia and to the present PT. Lantera Sejahtera Indonesia, Peter has remained at the helm.
AARON PAGE
Korea
After graduating from Nottingham Trent University, Aaron began his career in 2001 as a quantity surveyor before joining Davis Langdon & Seah Korea in 2007. He was later appointed as the local Country Head when the company transitioned into Arcadis Korea. In 2019, he established QS Korea, a company that delivers quantity surveying, commercial management and project management services throughout South Korea.
MICHAEL HEARN
Philippines
Michael is a business operations director and a Chartered Surveyor with experience within global construction consultancies following his roles at AECOM and Arcadis. In 2020, he co-founded Hearn & Hearn Consultancy with the aim of delivering an international standard service to clients at a local fee.
ANG YEN KOOI
Thailand
Ang has over 30 years of in-depth experience in various sectors of the construction industry. The former partner of Davis Langdon & Seah Thailand and Country Head of Arcadis Thailand, he is renowned for his expertise in cost and commercial management, business planning and resource management for sizable projects in Thailand and throughout the Indochina region.
MARK OLIVE
Vietnam
As the former General and Operations Director for Davis Langdon & Seah and Arcadis Vietnam, Mark has over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Surveyor and commercial manager for major construction and infrastructure projects.
FRANK H. L. KWOK
Hong Kong SAR of China
Frank joined Langdon & Seah in 1988 and was an Executive Director of Arcadis Hong Kong and the Regional Sector Leader for Financial Institutions of Arcadis Asia. In May 2019, he established his own practice, The QuantumS Ltd., which covers quantity surveying and other specialty services such as due diligence, project management and monitoring services in the region.
Velan Murali
India
Velan has completed his Master Graduate in Urban Systems Engineering. Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of professional experience in various functions of Built Environment. He has completed his specialized Cost management study from UK.
HO KONG MO
Singapore
Kong Mo has over 33 years in Quantity Surveying practice, and is a qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor since 1986.
He joined Davis Langdon & Seah Singapore in 1990, and became an Executive Director in 2003. Kong Mo rose through the ranks and became the Joint Managing Director in 2012, and Managing Director in 2014.
