Who is One Solution Asia?

A leading construction consultancy specializing in construction cost and project management. Our team comprises hundreds of professionals operating across Southeast and East Asia, with offices in 11 countries: Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, and Vietnam.

Chairman's Message

Welcome to One Solution Asia and to our regional consultancy, which we launched in November 2021. With twelve founder member countries, we have exceptional geographical coverage throughout Southeast and East Asia, offering specialist service lines to provide specific expertise to our clients.

Our member represented on our board of partners have previously worked together for many years, delivering quality services with great outcomes for our clients.

It is an honour to serve as the inaugural Chairman of such a talented group of individuals. I have full confidence that, in each of our territories and within each of our service lines, we can deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Vice Charman's Message

I am proud to introduce One Solution Asia, an integrated regional construction consultancy group focusing on East and Southeast Asia. We consist of firms owned by ex-partners and former directors of the legacy Davis Langdon & Seah. One Solution Asia currently comprises eight partner companies from seven different countries in the region.

One Solution Asia strives to enhance the collaboration among partner companies to provide better solutions for our clients. Specifically, we expect that this alliance will help us to:

He was later appointed as the local Country Head when the company transitioned into Arcadis Korea. Sr. MOHAMMAD SHAFIE HJ MOHD YUSOF

Brunei

Sr. Hj. Mohammad Shafie has extensive experience in the field of quantity surveying, cost engineering and project management, both locally and internationally. He formerly managed Davis Langdon & Seah Brunei, Arcadis Brunei, and Petrokon Utama Sdn Bhd, a multi-discipline design engineering oil and gas consultancy practice. He was also a Board member of the Brunei Economic Development Board (BEDB).

Currently, Sr. Hj. Mohammad Shafie is the Managing Director of Utamacon (B) Sdn Bhd, a quantity surveying and project management consultancy practice. He is also a committee member of the Board of Housing Developers – Contracts, and the Board of Valuers and Estate Agents (BOVEA) – Act and Regulation. He previously served as a board member of the Board of Architects, Professional Engineers and Quantity Surveyors (BAPEQS).

AARON PAGE

Korea

Ang Yen Kooi

Thailand

Ang has over 30 years of in-depth experience in various sectors of the construction industry. The former partner of Davis Langdon & Seah Thailand and Country Head of Arcadis Thailand, he is renowned for his expertise in cost and commercial management, business planning and resource management for sizable projects in Thailand and throughout the Indochina region.

Ang is one of the founding partners and the current Managing Director of Everest Consultancy Limited.

Mark Olive

Vietnam

As the former General and Operations Director for Davis Langdon & Seah and Arcadis Vietnam, Mark has over 30 years of experience as a Chartered Surveyor and commercial manager for major construction and infrastructure projects.

Mark’s expertise and experience include construction, property development, commercial contracts, business law, international commercial law and infrastructure. He currently serves as the General Director of MOAC Co. Ltd.

FRANK H. L. KWOK

Hong Kong SAR of China

Frank joined Langdon & Seah in 1988 and was an Executive Director of Arcadis Hong Kong and the Regional Sector Leader for Financial Institutions of Arcadis Asia. In May 2019, he established his own practice, The QuantumS Ltd., which covers quantity surveying and other specialty services such as due diligence, project management and monitoring services in the region.

Frank has vast experiences within his domains, including strategic project and cost planning and management and control for small to mega projects that cover millions of square meters. His projects include a number of Hang Lung’s and Swire’s developments in China and Hong Kong, as well as the Tianjin 117 Goldin Tower and Shenyang New World Exhibition Centre. He is currently the Managing Director of The QuantumS Ltd.

Velan Murali

India

Velan has completed his Master Graduate in Urban Systems Engineering. Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of professional experience in various functions of Built Environment. He has completed his specialized Cost management study from UK.  

Velan was heading the India Business of Arcadis (formerly Langdon & Seah, a Global Cost Management Firm) for over 12 years. As a Managing Director, he was instrumental in driving business growth, expansion and diversification. He was formerly with Larsen & Toubro, Engineering & Construction Conglomerate, Property Development Division, for 12 years and key in managing many large projects across India.  

Velan Murali’s expertise includes Cost Planning, Procurement, Cost Management and Contract Management & Administration. Project expertise includes Office and Campus development. Expertise in Procurement Advisory, Contract Management & Administration and Cost Management Services for Office Interior Fitting out works and Campus Development 

Velan is a member of many professional Institutions in India and overseas. He was Ambassador for CIOB for India Continent and represented many member forums. 

HO KONG MO

Singapore

Kong Mo has over 33 years in Quantity Surveying practice, and is a qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor since 1986.

He joined Langdon & Seah Singapore in 1990, and became an Executive Director in 2003. Kong Mo rose through the ranks and became the Joint Managing Director in 2012, and Managing Director in 2014.

Malaysia

Rozila is the Director and Founder of Art Projeks. Prior to that she was with a global muti-national company

Rozila is a member of Heriot Watt’s Energy, Geoscience, Infrastructure and Society’s Advisory Board for the
last three years. She actively participates in discussions on their academic syllabus from the point of
practitioner and regularly give talks to their students.
Rozila is a Chartered QS and a certified Project Management Professional. She is also an accredited Green
Building Index Facilitator. Her expertise includes programme & project management, contract & cost
management, stakeholder management for delivery of major projects.
Rozila has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry and has successfully delivered major projects in
Malaysia, UK, Vietnam.

PETER ROBINSON

Indonesia

Peter started his career as a quantity surveyor in 1968 and has worked overseas in Indonesia, the Arabian Gulf and Hong Kong since 1977. He joined the Indonesia office of Davis Langdon & Seah in 1988 and was appointed a partner and director in 1994. Throughout the company’s transitions from Davis Langdon & Seah to Arcadia Indonesia and to the present PT. Lantera Sejahtera, Peter has remained at the helm.

Peter has extensive experiences within most sectors of the construction industry, but with a focus on hospitality.
